- Various policy directives promulgated throughout the Navy by Admiral Elmo Zumwalt while serving as the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO).

Comments
Admiral Zumwalt issued some 121 Z-Grams during his time as CNO, most of them in the year 1970. They were aimed at reforming outdated Navy policies, retaining skilled personnel, and improving morale and recruiting efforts.
